Broadway Education Alliance is a New York based 501c3 organization working at the intersection of education, enrichment, and engagement to spearhead the development of innovative, accessible, and inclusive solutions that inspire and support life-long learning through the performing arts for audiences of all ages. BEA cofounded and built the National High School Musical Theatre Awards(NHSMTA, aka The Jimmy Awards®) into Broadway’s most prestigious national education platform before transferring the program to The Broadway League Foundation. The organization continues to present the NHSMTA’s Greater New York Regional Award Program, The Roger Rees Awards for Excellence in Student Performance (www.rogerreesawards.com). BEA assumed operational management of Camp Broadway® and its education and enrichment portfolio.
